Dates: Saturday April 25th: 10AM-7PM Sunday April 26th: 10AM-7:00PM Monday April 27th: 10AM-7PM This in-person weekend includes: 1. Official Lagree Certification (recognized worldwide) 2. A Megaformer for each participant throughout the training 3. Lifetime access to the Lagree Academy online portal 4. 10 class credits to use at Lagree Circle ($290 value) 5. Ongoing observation opportunities and personalized support 6. The ability to retake Level 1 at Lagree HQ anytime 7. Eligibility to pursue Level 2 certification 8. Receive a Lagree Circle branded kit. 9. Access to Lagree Circle studio for a period of 30 days to practice your routines. 10. Opportunity to apply and join Lagree Circle team. DON’T EVEN ASK ME HOW LONG IT TOOK ME TO EDIT THIS VIDEO 😵‍💫 (jk but seriously— it took me HOURS) The process of opening this studio is definitely out of my comfort zone. And as I continue to make content for this page, I continue to push myself outside of my limits by learning new editing techniques. Sometimes these videos take so long to make but I’m learning so much! This week, I decided to play with sound effects hehe. I’ve been getting a lot of people telling me I’m good at talking in front of the camera and to completely honest with you, a lot of what I film is mostly practice and when I watch them back, I decide if it’s good enough to edit. Like this one for example. I have done video tours especially in the earlier stages of buildout numerous times that have never seen the light of day, and so when I did it this time around. I appear to be more comfortable — purely because I practiced! I know all of you fellow perfectionists and overthinkers get stuck in analysis paralysis but I want you to remember —ART IS PRACTICE. ❤️‍🔥 I want to ask you this: how do you expect to be good at something that you don’t practice? Maybe it’s not a big deal and it doesn’t actually look THAT bad but it definitely wasn’t what we had in mind. It almost seems pointless to go through construction all over again to take down perfectly good material so we might just bite the bullet on this one.. What do you guys think?
